I've seen these advertised, and was wondering how muscle use would differ from a machine squat with your feet flat. On this machine, the feet are on a platform, and angled up, and because of the leverage arm, you can get down really deep, in complete safety.Anybody familiar with these?
We have something similar at my gym. The only thing I use it for are standing calf raises.
