critique my diet

I am a union carpenter with early hours and limited resources for preparing good foods, so how does this sound?

Meal 1 5am- Whey shake, apple or banana
Meal 2 9am- Bowl of fruit, bran muffin water
Meal 3 12pm- 6oz chicken sandwich on whole wheat, whey shake,raw carrots, strawberries.
Meal 4 3:30pm- Peanut butter sandwhich 16oz swole v2 in water.
Meal 5 7pm-Turkey, chicken, or lean beef with rice,green beens 16oz swole v2 with water.
Meal 6 8pm-whey shake,with whole milk with fruit.

Add plenty of water and fruit for snacks.

What are your macros for the day? Goals? Stats? :)

You need to add some EFA's

Meal 2 9am- Bowl of fruit, bran muffin water

Where's the protein?

You probably don't need the whey here with the chicken sandwich

Peanut butter is a fat not a protein - you need protein

Meal 5 7pm-Turkey, chicken, or lean beef with rice,green beens 16oz swole v2 with water.

Is that brown rice? Add in some EFA's too

Meal 6 8pm-whey shake,with whole milk with fruit.

EFA's - you would be better off with some cottage cheese than whole milk.

Add plenty of water and fruit for snacks.

Fruit should not be a snack but part of a meal. Green veggies are a snack.

Thanks Jodi I've refined the diet somewhat . I
will let you know how it goes. Is an omega supp. good enough for the efa's?
