    I'm looking for a good (inexpensive) MRP

    What MRP gives the best bang for the buck. Especially when you don't have many bucks.

    Try Champion Nutrition's Met Max. DPS sells it for a decent price.

    I've always used Met-Rx or Myoplex. They're a bit on the expensive side but they are the only ones I could stomach.

    oats(grinded)
    flax oil or natural peanut butter
    skim milk
    berries

    you name it, easy and cheap if thats what your looking for!

    Do you grind the oats in a coffee grinder? Do they make the shake hard to drink? What's themain benefit--low GI carb?

    I like the Lebrada lean bodys,They taste pretty good....There about the same price as the met-rx and myoplex.
