I am an 18 year old male, i am fairly lean. I have about 13% body fat, but i want to lose the fat fast and get down to about 7-9% body fat. I want to get some nice six pack abs while also maintaining the muscle that i have? any suggestions?

Proper diet and nutrition is the key to getting lean, head over to the diet/nutrition forum.
...and try not to stress the "fast" part too much. the things that will drop bodyfat fastest are the same things that will cost you lean body mass.
