Has anyone heard that a persons blood type & the way they eat really affects ones muscle gains etc. I heard in my gym ,from a guy I know, that if you have a certain blood type then you should eat more carbs etc or more protein etc.
Does anyone know anything on this subject !

I had a disscusion with one of the yoga teachers at my gym.
She firmly belives it works. She quoted several real life examples.
I would suggest going out to buy the book.
I actually am going to get my blood checked by a specialist to see whats going on.
