I normally don't do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning but I have been the past few days. I was extremely nauseous this morning before cardio. Has this happened to anyone else? Does it mean low blood sugar?
You girls are onto something! I did take my multi, calcium and green tea before working out. About 10-15 after I took them I started to feel blah. This was before my workout. I laid down for 5 mins hoping it would go away but it didn't. I still did my cardio though but barely made it through!
Usually I take my pills w/food post wo so maybe that is the culprit. Thanks!!!
Take them when you have food. I made that mistake once. I was with my old trainer, John Sherman, he asked in the middle of the workout if I was feeling ok ( I looked very green!)...I was like..umm, no. I took my vitamins and didn't get to eat before the workout. He laughed at me and said.."see, you won't do that again, if you need to hurl, head for the bathroom". I waited till after we finished. LOL I have never ate boiled egg whites so quick after that.

last time I took my vitamins on an empty stomach...it felt like it was twisting and turning.................I knew then and there it was the LAST time I did that again....and I was taking the Bev vitamins at that time....I think there are 8 or 9 dif. pills to take daily and during your mensus it was more like 6 or 7.
