I have found some ebooks online from a guy named Oliver Wolter. Has any one heard of this guy? Are the books worth reading? thanks for you help.

Oliver e-mailed me a muscle-gain workout. The gimmick is to start the workout with a very very slow 1 rep 2 minutes up and down
I have not done the workout yet ; but it looks tough.
