Vitamins!!!

n so ive been taking Bev's Super Pak........but i hate taking all those vitamins + meds, n pretty soon ill be taking supplements again.
i think a vitamin is very important bc ive had awesome results......... i got all 4wisdom teeth taken out last friday, a week ago, 2days monday. my dentist was all impressed bc i was eatin steak by wednesday, n today i went to getem out, n they had dissolved, cept on 1 side, but theyre practically healed!

can some1 reccomend a really good multi......thats better that centrum?
