I know I should know these things..thats why I'm here asking all you intelligent ppl lol
But am I wrong about taking Boost when I miss a meal?

I would concentrate on a healthy diet and if need be get some whey protein(blend of slower digesting) and fish oil caps.. along with a peice of fruit or something that works.
or just preparing foods in advance solves that problem!

LOL I do actually. When I was younger I used to eat raw hamburger. I don't know why I ever tried it but once I did I couldn't stop. I didn't eat it all the time and just a little bit but once in a blue moon I would eat this.
