Fish Oil?

What type of fish oil should i get or does it really matter. I was thinking about getting UDos oil blend caps. Does anybody have any better suggestions?

Udo's is a blend of different oils, not just fish oil. I would personally go with just a fish oil cap.

How come?It seems like a blend of different oils would be better for you.

Different EFA's throughout the day is better IMO. However, fish oil is by far superior to the rest. Always try to get a variety of EFA's but keep the fish oil for sure.
