I started here and i left for awhile but now i am back again... lots of new things going on i hope it is still as great as it was when i left... I work out tons, play tons of sports... love to be fit! I am a personal trainer, i am a strength and conditioning coach for a city team in Ontario, also a fitness instructor... I am starting to watch fitness competitions and soon may even join in one... need the motivation though!! Anyways enough about me... hope to see lots of good information on all paths of the fitness life!
