Is there any way to prevent wrist injuries? I dont do forearm exercises because i hear they hurt ure wrist and put strain on them. Am i wrong? would strengthening ure forearms make ure wrists stronger, or can i just lay off the forearm exercises?

DB Incline Press: Repping 70 lbs in each hand.
Standing curls: Repping 60 lbs
