Do you think low weight, high reps are best for me?
I am already muscular and am trying to lean out. And when I mean lean, I mean look less bulky, and look more slender.
My stats are

150 which is mostly big muscle
I did heavy weights and low reps once and actually did look more buff. But Im trying to make my muscles calm down and grow longer rather than thicker. make sense?
