what is WW flour?

    what is WW flour?

    Sorry....probably sounds like a dumb question. I see it in a lot of recipies and I would like to know what it is and where you get it!

    ww stands for whole wheat. you can find it in regular grocery stores (as well as natural food/nutrition stores). no need to apologize - if you don't ask, ya won't know.

    I prefer to buy it in a natural food store so that I can get the 100% stoneground ww instead. You can't typically find that in the regular grocery store.
