I'm trying to understand if Hydrolyzed protein is good or bad for you.
Basiclly companies hydrolize protein to break it down to its amino acid form. This improve bioavailability.
However i've heard bad things about hydrolied proteins. First off MSG is a hydrolyzed protein (i think of glutamine) so MSG is in all whey proteins that use hydrolization. I've also heard complains of people getting headaches from hydrolyzed protein not just MSG.
Any input anyone?
i get headaches from MSG,,cant eat Chinese food al all!
but i use all the whey,,and dont get headaches so there goes that theroy!
