I'm looking for anything to kickstart muscular growth. I recently competed in a BB show and now I know what I am up against. I had used HIT for almost a whole year leading up to my contest. I was not happy with my gains and am wondering about Volume. Is GVT worth doing? How many times a week should each bodypart be worked. I am a natural bb, I use only protein,vitamins and amino acids. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
