OK, I am a big fan of carbonated water - I am starting a new cutting diet with lots of protien and know that you have to dring more water with higher protien intake so is sparkling water ok generally? It doesnt have any strange effects when drunk in large quantities does it? I usually go through about a half gallon a day plus regualar water during my workouts.
Some kinds are high in sodium. If you are cutting for comp or something, and plan to manipulate your salt, watch for that. There will usually be a sodium content listed on the label somewhere.
