Ok I'm confused. I thought for carido you should be at 65% of your maximum heart rate? That's fat burning cardio right? So which should I be doing?

    Will green tea boost metabolism?
It's an accurate statement that our current spending will not be increasing the debt We've stopped spending money that we don't have.

Studies say it may, modestly. http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/...tea-usat_x.htm

We ain't talking no fen-phen here, but I suppose every little bit helps. Plus, there are also other documented effects on general health and possible cancer-defense benefits.

It is also very tasty, so why not drink a cup or two a day?

Caffeine's not part of training??? How can that be? I can't even look at any weights until my veins are bursting with caffeinated goodness.

Well, because of reading this post, took out an old box of green tea that had been collecting dust and had a cup of strong, hot green tea. Mainly because yes, it is overall healthy.

please look in the supplement forum for info on green tea, I posted an excellent article on it a few days ago.

and please keep this thread on topic, which is "training", not supplements.

A new member here...I have a quick question about HIIT. What I have been doing is hitting the treadmill for about 30 minutes and increasing the speed every 5 minutes or so. Should I be doing a combination of increasing *and* decreasing?
