I read in a article that i was not necessary to do more then 3 sets/muscle grup.
I think it sounds crassy! more then 3sets 8reps/set could not be overtraining.
1 set bench, 1 set dumbell press and 1 set dumbell flyes. Is that it? dont you need more training for the pecs a week to gain mass?

1 set "can" be enough but it has to be some type of HIT training, etc..
