Today I faced the truth...my leg development is not what my upper body is. It is my fault. I should have serious quads, hams, maybe calves too (the jury is still out on my calves). I hate leg day. Squats can be friggin intimidating, but I do em every week. I need to up the intensity. I'm too careful...I think.
