Ok I need some advice
I am 35yrs old , very unfit & 30 pounds overweight due to not training for
over a year.How do I get back into shape quickly,do I start with cardio or
lifting,do I cut calories,carbs or fat,or all of em!

hmm. Lift and do cardio. Cut calories. Eat whole grains. And and cut fat take EFAS

What worked for me was reading through the stickys and finding a sensible training program and diet. There is so much good information on the stickies.
definately lift and cardio. the muscle you build while lifting while burn fat as well.
go to the diet forums and read the stickies at the top. it will help teach you about creating a menu for yourself.
