my nipples kind of puffy and it looks like a tit and im 17 now but i know the only way is to burn more fat.but im eating weight gainer at the moment. what should i do to burn my chest fats without stoping on my weight gainer and burning fat at the same time???

it is sorta common in males early teens going thru puberty to have this due to the increase in testosterone (which cause an increase in estrogen), but at 17 it seems a bit weird unless you're using something.
