Who needs some inspiration or motivation?

Stalone is the man. My favorite part of that was when he did the hang clean with the stretch bands.
 
The funniest Rocky was the one where he was boxing Mr. T. Man that was funny.
 
how do u get so big... sometimes i question why i'm doing what i'm doing.. like shoulder db presses and stuff... he's just doing it with barrels.. what is the best exercises to do... what book do i need to buy
 
I liked that. Btw, Rocky movies are very good.
He is almost 60 years old.
