Does anyone have a good link to a web site that shows the nutritional beakdown for many common foods? If so plese post and save me the money and trip to the bookstore.
Also how do you account for a turkey, ham and cheese sandwhich?
How many slices of kind of thin sliced ham is one serving? Different hams, turkey etc, different thickness many variables. Do you just ballpark it?
