hello. I'm a new member here and I'm wondering about increasing the thoracic cage... I can't seem to find anything on the subject, so I came here.
I'm 19 years old and until 4 months ago, I was completely inactive & skinny.
The training is okay now, and my back is not that curved anymore haha.
So, is there a way to increase the thoracic cage and if so, how? (hoping it's not too late to do it)
thanks a lot!
great forum by the way
In Arnold's "Body Building Encyclopedia" book, which I'll start browing over in a week, there is a claim that you can "expand you rib-cage." Many people disagree, and the others state techinically there is a way to do it with the cartlidge. I don't care, but many experienced BBers (as usual) cannot agree on whether this is actually possible.
It's an accurate statement that our current spending will not be increasing the debt We've stopped spending money that we don't have.
