hello. I'm a new member here and I'm wondering about increasing the thoracic cage... I can't seem to find anything on the subject, so I came here.
I'm 19 years old and until 4 months ago, I was completely inactive & skinny.
The training is okay now, and my back is not that curved anymore haha.
So, is there a way to increase the thoracic cage and if so, how? (hoping it's not too late to do it)
