i was wondering... when i was at the peak of my cutting phase, at around 6% body fat, my abs where only slightly visible... my question is, can this be because
a) my diet might be too high in sodium and thus water is retained between the skin making me look smooth?
b) i might have to train my abs with more resistance, so they can grow
c) i need a lower % of bodyfat?
