what other shakes would you recommend?
nowadays most of your m/p's are the same,keep a close eye sugar content.. find one that fits your taste buds..eas's products are'nt that bad. i like twinlabs fuel plex as well. just my opinion.
Most of the big companies put out good MRP's...EAS, Twinlabs, Met-Rx, Champion, Sportpharma, MuscleTech, Musclelink, Iron Tek, AST, etc.
Unless you are dieting for a competition or for a specific goal, than any of these MRP's are fine. What matters most is your own taste...as in flavors, texture, and thickness.
