Eating oatmeal right from the box? ... like eating a serving size right out of the box with you spoon.

No, not at all. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats is healthy or Scottish Oats. Never those boxed oatmeal crap. That's over processed and full of sugar.

Your eating it dry?

As Jodi said, Old fashioned(large flake) or scoottish are MUCH better for you.

Well what about quaker oatmeal, made with 100% whole oats and no sugar added. I compared the nutriton between old fashioned rolled oats and quaker's and there was no difference

yeah exactly....but the quanker oatmeal i have has 1gram of sugar

and the rolled oats has about .5 grams of sugar...more than likely quaker just rounded it to the nearest digit, it probably has like .7 or so

Are you talking about just not cooking the oats?

eww that nasty lol, I'm pretty sure there'd be no difference beside taste, so if you like it dry, eat it dry if not then pour some milk/water in and nuke it.
