Hi all, all along I've been doing only weight training, but I'm now thinking of concentrating more on cardio, basicly to reduce the size of my tummy. I understand that before and after a weight training session I should eat higher carb meals, and then for the rest of the time I eat higher protein meals. How about for cardio exercises? For a more effective cardio session, should I eat something before the session, and how about after the session? I appreciate any help offered.
