This means fuck you old man...lol....thats laughing out loud and j/k means I just kidding with you....I wouldn't stop taking the gear. If I were in your shoes I would take a break for 2 maybe 3 days max. That should give your body plenty of time to recover from overtraining. Now if your actually injured from over doing it then you should take longer. Whats bothering you to make you think you need a break?
