Hey how you guys doing. Iv been doing some studying on routines and splits and what not, A bodybuilder told me a good routine, so i tryed it for about a month, and it worked AMAZING, but hey thats me, see what ya think.
Now this split is for more of a submission fighter, for strength, speed and of course amazing stanima.
Day 1 Chest, Calves--Abs cardio
Day 2 Quads, Hamstrings
Day 3 Rest --complete rest
Day 4 Back, Biceps--abs cardio
Day 5 Shoulders, Triceps, Calves
Day 6 Rest , light abs, cardio
Day 7 Rest --complete rest
