    Winstrol,Clen, and t-3

    I am doing a 8 week cycle of winstrol tabs (40mg a day) A 6 week cycle of t-3 and alternating the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off through out. I eat six meals a day and lift in the morning before work. ( i start at noon ). Then when I leave work I go do 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. What kind of results do you think I will see for new years eve. That is the night of my wedding. I read all the posts of what people think of t-3 and clen but I never hear how it transformed their body. Also is there anything else I should change to better my results. This is my first post and would love to hear from everybody on what they think.

    nobody can tell you how many pounds you are going to lose, the results are individual. I think overall the cycle looks good. Just watch your diet. How many pounds are you trying to lose?

    T3 and Clen are on point, however I don't think that unless you have a low BF% winnie will not make you cut ( especially at 40 mgs, I would use between 50 and 70mgs). You should experience some strength gains and unfortunatly some joint pain ( nothin major get some joint supps). As a matter of fact in my case I've never run a winnie stand alone cycle. I say stand alone because T3 and Clen are not Steroids. I'm interested in your results. Good luck ! Peace n Love.

    I am trying to lose about 20-30 lbs of pure fat. Do you think think this can be done? I am only using the Winnie to not lose muscle from the cytomel. My diet looks like this.

    9:00 am 1egg, 5 whites, and an apple

    12:00pm (post workout) two scoops of protien powder and a bannana

    3:00pm 6oz tuna, 1tbs mayo and low carb pasta

    6:30pm 6oz chicken , Mixed veggies.

    9:30pm Post Cardio 1 peice of talapia (fish) and baby spinach salad with saffolwer oil and vinegar.

    Let ma know what I am missing and if you think I am way off here.

    have you been exercising or is this something that you just started ? winstrol is relatively a week androgen so it will help to preserve LBM while on a calorie restricted diet but it won't work miracles...

    are you trying to get down to a new low level of bf ? it is always harder to get to a new low level than if you haven't been there previously or for quite some time...

    Your protein seems to be somewhat low. 1 piece of talapia isn't very much unless you are buying fresh from the meat section in the food store.

    You don't say what your weight is, so hard to say what you should have in protein. Also what does the cycle look like that you plan to do?

    if your going to be stoping the cycle close to your wedding day I would make sure you have some viagra or cialis on hand because its possible the winstrol can mess with your wood. It would be terrible to not be able to perform your best on your wedding night.

    I have been excecising. I played baseball in college. I am recently out out shape for me. I weigh 238 with 20% bf I was not allowed to do any heavy lifting on my upper body during college because I was a pitcher. I can squat 600lbs so my lower body is quite a bit larger than my upper body except for my abs. If I wasn't doing leg work i was doing ab work for pitching. I have never been below 10% bf and would love to get there some day. I know it probably won't happen this time but with the right dedication and support from this board i know I can do it easily.

    Lowering your BF has to do with your diet and amount of cardio....those are the two biggest factors in losing fat.

    you should start off at around 2750 cals a day and start dropping slowly from there...

    I know what The two factors are. I am not new to this game I was just trying to explain a little bit of my past experience. I am probably the oppsite of alot of bodybuilders. Most of the ones I see have huge upper body and chicken legs. I do not I have tree trunk legs and a small upper body. When I start taking two cytomels a day should i space them out or take them at one time? And will 40mg of winnie hold all of my muscle while using cytomel and doing cardio?

    You should space out the dose....I would up the winny to 50mg ED if your using tabs....and it depends on how much you cut calories and how intense and long you do your cardio. You are going to have to watch for muscle loss and change workout/diet accordingly.

    If you want to keep all your muscle, you will have to do some lifting (including upper-body). Otherwise, you will lose muscle--even with the winny. You probably wont be able to loss that much weight weight in 6 weeks. If you did, a good portion would be muscle. I'd aim for 3 pounds a week, average.

    fatsalad i think ur doing great on that diet but dont fotget to do more cardio and also hit the weights to have better results .
