Just wondering if anyone has cycled creatine during a diet/cutting phase and received better results than other methods. I have always used creatine during gaining phases but wonder if it will benifit me when i am cutting. Let me know what u think, thanks.
personally i don't see where the benefit comes from of running creatine on a cutting cycle
plus the water retention will make you look less lean so what is the point of trying to get cuts if your gonna go and take a product that will stop you getting cuts
ya im aware of the water retention, that will obviously flush when you are done the cycle. i was just wondering if the performance enhancement factor might help you kick fat burning up a notch when cycling...
