    ive stopped:(

    Ive stopped losing weight for some odd reason..I am taking in 2400 calories a day on this cut ..im 6ft 200lbs.. ANd ive stopped losing weight...does this mean i should bulk for a few weeks then cut again or should I decrease the calories even more?? My diet has been approved and it is quite awesome according to most of you here..Carb cycling btw so i have 2 refeeds a week. Someting aint right should i go down to 2000 calories??

    as long as you stay above 10x your body weight keep cutting. your body has adjusted thats all.

    MOnday HIGH carb day :

    meal 1: 2 scoops whey protein (50g pro)
    1 cup of rolled oats
    3 fish oils

    meal 2: 1 scoop whey protein
    2 whole eggs/3 whites
    3 fish oils
    cup of spinach

    meal 3:
    80z chicken breast
    1 cup of veggies
    1/2 cup of oats
    1/2 cup of brown rice

    meal 4:
    1 can of tuna
    cup of lentils
    2 cups of oatmeal

    meal 5 : protein shake
    2 scoops why protein/1 cup of oats blended

    meal 6: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
    4 fish oils


    low carb day
    meal 1: 2 scoops whey protein (50g pro)
    1/2 cup of rolled oats
    3 fish oils

    meal 2: 1 scoop whey protein
    2 whole eggs/3 whites
    3 fish oils
    cup of spinach

    meal 3:
    80z chicken breast
    1 cup of veggies
    1/2 cup of oats

    meal 4: 1 cup brown rice
    1 can of tuna

    meal 5: 2 scoops whey protein / 1 cup of oats

    meal 6: cottage cheese

    NO CARB DAY

    meal 1: 2 scoops whey protein
    3 fish oils

    meal 2: 8 oz turkey
    1 cup of broccoli/spinach
    3 fish oils

    meal 3: cup of almonds
    8oz chicken breast
    2 fish oils

    meal 4: fish/
    nuts
    3 fish oils

    meal 5: steak/veggies

    dont have a 6th meal on no carb day
