Ive stopped losing weight for some odd reason..I am taking in 2400 calories a day on this cut ..im 6ft 200lbs.. ANd ive stopped losing weight...does this mean i should bulk for a few weeks then cut again or should I decrease the calories even more?? My diet has been approved and it is quite awesome according to most of you here..Carb cycling btw so i have 2 refeeds a week. Someting aint right should i go down to 2000 calories??
