Time period to lose weight

Hello

Couple of quick questions?
What sort of time period should I be looking at to lose 20kgs?
How many cardio sessions per week should I do and how long each seesion (minutes)?
How many calories per day should I aim at?

My current weight (110kgs) and body fat the wrong side of 20%.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It all depends on how strict you are, how much you train, and how fast your metabolism. There is no way to judge, unless you know your body well enough.

Cardio - 2-3 HIIT Sessions a week plus 1 or 2 traditional.

Cals, again that depends on the above.

Did you read the sticky called Guide to Cutting, Bulking and Maintenance? If not, I'd suggest doing so first. ;)
 
I highly suggest you start doing resistance training. You will gain some muscle mass, which will slightly skew your overall weight loss, but it will greatly accelerate your fat loss. Every pound of muscle you gain leads to an additional 50-100 calories your body burns per day.

Diet is of prime importance though. Diet takes precedence over everything else when looking to alter body composition.
