Hydroxy cut is ECA and creatine is creatine.
might burn the sugar a little faster if you take the hydroxycut.
I just take my creatine with no sugar, still get good results.

All creatine does is make you gain weight . What the compamnies are not telling you is that this is water weight. save your money and just drink water Dont believe me just try drinking 2 gallons of water a day this willpump p your muscles and save you ahell of alot of money. If you insist send me the money.
