Hi im 16 and i just want some protein sorta shakes but ive been told to have creatine as well i went to my local sports shop and i was confused and there very exspisive i looked on the internet and much cheaper soo i was wondering if you guys would tell me what i really need?

pick up some protein and creatine. No YOU really don't NEED 2 powders you'd be fine just getting your diet straight and a protein suppplement.
