    brewers yeast

    is this a good protein to take for a male bodybuilder or is it like soy? is it a complete protein and doesnt increase estrogen at all?

    I have never heard of it affecting hormone levels. Also, yes, it is a complete protien. I have the stuff every day. Beyond the protein, it contains a lot of other beneficial nutrients.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

    Here's the brewer's yeast I buy, although not through this website. It lists the nutritional facts.

    Most notably, brewer's yeast contains a lot of, and has the best bio availability rate for, chromium.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
