Hey guys I'm new here, just thought I'd say a couple things about myself real quick. I am 20 years old and am currently in college. This Spring semester I am taking a weight training course and am in need of a good workout plan that will work for me. I am 5'9" and 145lbs. My goal is to gain some body mass, but more importantly to get cut. You know, the broad shoulders, the pecks, the 6 pack, the works. I need to find a good workout routine to go along with the right diet and supplements in order to achieve this goal, so any hlep would be awesome!
