Hey guys hows it going.
I have been reading alot of posts on bulking up lately and now have chosen a rough guide to follow for my bulking diet.
Now i have worked out a guide to use at 18 x BW (154 pounds) = 2772 calories a day.
I will be using 40/40/20 PCF %
So it works out to be
277g Protein
277g Carbs
061g Fat
At around 7 meals a day it works out to be.
40g Protein
40g Carbs
08g Fat
Now i am wondering does that sound fine to you's ?
Should i change it to 20x 154 which would be 300g prot a day, 45g per meal ?
Any help would be great thanks.
