    When I start taking 1-AD, is there a certain type of w/o to maximize the benefits?






    I'm wondering if there is a certain type of workout I should do to maximize the results I can get from 1-AD while I take it. I here I should do high volume, but I'm not to sure.

    Yes, you will be able to train longer and more frequently. However, be careful, it is still possible to overtrain.

    So instead of training for 4 days a week I can up it to 6?
