I work my legs on mondays, but I always do cardio on wednesday and saturday. I know saturday is not an issue, but when is running on wednesday too close to my leg workout? Would it be bad to run for 10-15 mins if my legs have only had 2 days to recover? Any help is appreciated.
Is doing cardio(stationary bike) later in the day of leg day too soon? I try to do cardio as often as I can get into the gym for a night session(~3 times a week) and I find that if I do some cardio later in the day of or the day after leg day, my legs don't get sore and they stay loose.
