    M1t Bulking Cycle







    I am just starting my first 4 week m1t cycle- i just want to make sure im doing everything right to get the best possible gains. Heres what im doing:

    week 1:
    10mg M1T
    300mg 4AD
    6 caps milk thistle a day

    week 2-4:
    20mg M1T
    600mg 4AD
    6 caps of milk thistle a day

    week 5-8 PCT:
    Nolva, Trib.

    i also have some m5 for preworkout but not sure if i should take it

    23yrs.
    5'10
    176 ~10%bf
    at the start of the cycle

    Through day 4 im up to 181lbs. Most prob. water but im feeling a little harder. strength seems to have gone up slightly.

    i have a couple questions

    should i think about possibly going to 30 mg's for week 4?

    is there anyting im missing or should be aware of while on the cycle?

    any help would be great

    30mg is too much. 20 is too mcuh if you ask me.

    I think 15 would be great, just run 15 the whole 4 weeks.

    Make sure to get a MINIMUM of 4000 cals a day

    Thanks for advice Luke.

    Ill stick to 20mgs since i only have 10mg pills.

    what kind of gains did you get from your cycle?

    That is completely diet and water intake dependant.

    If you can handle 20mg's then give it a try. I know a guy who runs 40mg's from start to finish with no 4-Derm. I tell him he's crazy, but it doesn't affect him.

    This is the funny thing. He refuses to run real gear and just wants to stick to M1T, but his girlfriend is a pharmacist and I beg him to ask her for a hookup, but he wont. I dont know if its even possible, but if she could hook me up that would be wild shit.

    I dont suggest the M5AA. It is not recommended to do 2 methyls at the same time. You can, but you will be pushing your luck with your liver. Just MO

    alright ill hold on to the m5 for now-

    i was woundering how long i have to keep my calories up after the m1t. could i start cutting right away?

    Keep calories almost the same through PCT. Dont cut until about 2-3 weeks after PCT or you will lose the gains.
