That recipe is a double batch of the recipe I use too - try adding a little lemon juice to the mix as well! Very good!
ps: Before you post, there is a little button next to the submit post button - it says 'spelchek'... It does the hard-work for you.
In a recipe similar to that (Tom Voss'), you can add one scoop of chocolate, or any flavour, protein powder. And the cottage cheese is optional....
I've been adding a bit of baking powder to get them to get them a little lighter.
i used to make mine with just oatmeal and eggwhites thikened together on a bulk....maybe throw some chiken or tuna in it.........
Can you throw in whey too?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
thatd be a wise idea, especially for the morning...

.............or would the whey be destroyed by the heat?. I know this has been discussed at length before.
put raisins in the mixture it tastes even BETTER
ive added raisens before-does make it tast better. my mix usually makes enough for two pretty big pancakes- i put them together with sf jelly between.
