    Question A newbie supplement question

    I have 2 questions:

    1) If I take a recommended portion of supplement after the training, what is the percentage of muscle mass that I will gain sticking to this habbit comparing to the non-supplement period ealier. Will I gain 10% more muscle mass this way, 20%? How much approximately?

    2) If I start using supplements to the maximum, that is, taking them all the day if needed, what then will my gain be?

    Man, you're asking all the wrong questions. First off, we need to know which supp, and, then, we cant say, "Oh, you'll put on 13.2% lean mass in a 3 day period if you take " You can do a search for supps, first off, try Whey protein...

    1st off whats your diet look like? What kind of training split do you have? What sups are you thinking of taking? Whats your stats ie: height,weight, bf%? Are you just starting lifting for the 1st time?
