    Go to your local library, and do a search, this book is definitely worth reading, all the way through. His real name is Frederick C. Hatfield, PHD.

    cheers mino lol but i have £150 overdraft and im willing to use it , i was gunna post my latest pics on here after doing m split and creatin and trying to eat alot more for 2 months even though i have no job but ive got no one here to take the pics for me so looks like its gunna ahve to wait, but i know ive definatly gained in strength and weight
