    For All You Animals Out There!






    OK all you tough guys and gals, you train your ass off all year. You BULK, You CUT. So here it is for me. When I'm bulking I find it makes me want to gag trying to put down all those cal's. It's tough on an old man throwing down 6-8k in calories. Now I'm cutting and taking in 1800-2000 cal's but doing cardio 5 days a week.

    SO FOR ALL YOU ANIMALS OUT THERE, Which one do you find more difficult, BULKING OR CUTTING?

    Theyre different....For me, bulking is difficult coz I still have issues with my past as a big tub O' crisco and even tho my diet is super clean and I know Im not getting fat, just knowing that all that food is going into me makes me second guess myself all the time.
    On the other hand, cutting is difficult because I feel restricted and I hate rules!!!I have a much better and varied cut planned this time around for March, should make it easier!

    sidenote: isnt 1800-200 cals quite low for you?

    i love cutting and cardio but dont want to loose muscle mass and enjoy bulking but when i was in bulking i got to one day where i had eaten so much previously i could hardly force anything down all day lol

    Cutting, but your cals are to low for someone as big as you.

    Last week I raised them to 2583 cals. and started using Tren and Prop @ 100mg/eod and haven't lost a FFuKKing LB. Is it the gear or the cal's? I'm using Arimidex @.25 to try and keep me dry.

    T.O.M., I don't anything about steroids you should post that in the anibalic zone. You are an endomorph so loosing weight could take you a long time.

    I think bulking is harder logistically. It's really hard to work in all those calories throughout the day. However, cutting is harder mentally. I cheat every 2-4 days or so while I'm bulking. I cheat maybe once per week, or sometimes less, when I'm cutting.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Shit I lost lost 40 lbs since 10/26/04 to present. 280lbs down to 240Lbs. That's why I asked if it's the raise in cal's or the gear as I was losing until last week.

    If I ever ate 6-8k cals per day I would just get fat and probably pretty quickly!

    When I "bulk" I only increase cals a few hundred per day.

    My bulking calories are lower than before, I am around 4500 right now and thats fine for a nice steady weight gain. I have gone higher before and it was too much too soon. Slow and steady wins the race so they say, I am fine with that...
