1st-should shrugs be done on shoulder or back day?
2nd-I have been doing back/bicep, now I have switched to a arm day. I was
doing 3 exercises for biceps, should I now do more bicep exercises since
they have there own day?
3rd-I was doing
mon chest/tricep
tue legs
wed off
thur shoulders
fri back/bicep

now it is mon chest/shoulders
tue back
wed off
thur legs
fri arms
weekends off. Is this new routine OK? Too many days off??
 
I would exercise your traps on back day. However, it could go either way without any issues.

No, you don't need to do more exercises for your biceps. You say 3 exercises, which I assume you do 3 or 4 sets of each. That is more than enough. I would even deem 9+ sets too much for my biceps.

Your split is fine.

your choice, I have done both, but it also depends on what you do for back, i.e. if you deadlift that will hit your traps pertty hard.

I have been doing arms separatley for a few months now and I am actually going to stop this week, I have developed tendanitis in my left elbow from too much arm use. to answer the question I do not do much more on a separate arm day then when I combine them with chest and back, however I am stronger doing them on a seaprate day so my intensity and weight are higher.

try it and see if you like that routine and if it works well, if not change it.
