Are there any big differences between these two books as far as the actual diet? From what I read and understand it looks like the "Ketogenic Diet" contains alot more on the principles and the science behind the diet and less about the actual dieting method than does "Ultimade Diet 2.0" Please correct me if I'm wrong on this. Which book would you guys reccomend, I'm just looking for a quick, but comprehensive read to get started cutting. I was just going to buy UD2 but I noticed someone else reccomended the "Ketogenic Diet." Is UD2 a type of ketogenic diet?
